Prior to completing the Tryout Registration form below, please be aware that the stated Mission of our Soccer Club is an intentional Volunteer Based Structure to better serve our community.
As a result, it is an expectation that, upon acceptance/commitment to participate on a team at Indy Phoenix, all PLAYERS and PARENTS must each agree to participate in a minimum of 10 community service hours & fundraising activities to support the club.
We cannot keep the annual cost of the club low without this level of commitment from the
ATHLETES and PARENTS
If you accept these terms for participation at Indy Phoenix FC, please complete the registration form by providing all player & parent contact information. This must be completed to tryout.

U9's & U10's (birth years 2016 & 2015) try out on Tuesday, June 4th & Wednesday, June 5th
U11 - U18 (birth years 2014-2007) try out on Monday, June 10th & Tuesday, June 11th
